How to check in

Check-in is contactless, so you do not need to meet a manager. After booking we will send you the codes for the intercom, the shared door and your studio.

How to find the entrance

1. 19/1 Kuznetsky Most St., entrance 1. Look for a yellow four-storey building.
2. The archway to the right of the Shashlykoff restaurant. Walk through it into the courtyard and on past the barrier.
3. Entrance 1 is on the right side of the courtyard, under a canopy. Open the door with the intercom code.
4. Go up to the 3rd floor to the brown door with an electronic lock, open it with the shared door code and find the door with your apartment number in the corridor.

How to open the electronic lock

There is a touch panel under the door handle. Tap the “CARD” icon and the digits will light up. Enter the code, turn the handle down and pull the door towards you.

• When you leave, simply close the door: it locks automatically. For extra security you can turn the handle up.
• From inside, the door opens by turning the handle down; from outside only with the code. Remember the code or keep your phone with you.
• After several wrong attempts the lock blocks for 5–10 minutes.
• Please do not lock the shared door from inside with the lower locks, otherwise other guests will not be able to get in.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.

House rules

• No smoking anywhere on the premises, including e-cigarettes.
• Quiet hours after 23:00. A fine of 5,000 ₽ may be charged for violations.
• Please take care of the property. 300 ₽ per item is deducted from the deposit for broken dishes; damage to furniture or appliances is charged according to the damage, up to the full deposit.
• Linen. 1,000 ₽ is charged for heavy stains that cannot be washed out.

Extra services

• Change of bed linen: 500 ₽ (1,000 ₽ if the linen is soiled).
• Change of towels: 500 ₽ per set.
• Additional cleaning during your stay: 2,200 ₽.
• For stays of 7 days or more, cleaning on day 7 is free, then every 7 days by arrangement.
• A mop, broom and dustpan are provided if you prefer to clean yourself.
